For Eucalypt Day, we are running a Creative Ecoprinting Workshop where participants use Eucalyptus leaves to create unique prints on fabric and paper. This hands-on experience connects art, nature, and culture, exploring the Eucalyptus tree’s significance in Australian history, from indigenous traditions to immigrant narratives.
Led by an experienced artist, Bec Cutler, participants will use natural eco-printing techniques. The workshop encourages reflection on the ecological and cultural importance of the tree, fostering connections to the land.
This inclusive workshop invites people of all ages and backgrounds to engage creatively with the environment while learning about the Eucalyptus. Participants will leave with one-of-a-kind artworks, strengthening their connection to Australia’s rich natural and cultural heritage.
This memorable, emotional experience blends nature’s best with modern creativity, creating lasting connections.
All materials provided and a light lunch is included.
